Quick answers to common questions.


What is the turn-around time?

To ensure that your cases are returned by the appointment dates, we require 10 in-lab days. This does not include the days in transit to and from the lab which can be up to 4 additional days. Therefore, we are recommending that your office schedule patients at least 3 weeks out from the date of preparation.

If necessary we can accommodate rush cases, but please note that these need to be scheduled with us in advance and additional fees do apply. See our Packaging & Shipping page for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Forms of acceptable payment include: Mastercard, Visa, company check, cashiers check, money order of official check.  Your account must be set up under one of these billing options prior to receiving cases: Prepayment, COD, Automatic Credit Card Billing, EOM Credit Card Billing or Statement.

What is your remake policy?

If, for any reason the appliance is not acceptable at the time of receipt or at the time of insertion, we shall adjust, repair or replace the appliance at no charge. Simply return the prosthesis together with an explanation of the problem and your request for either adjustment, repair, replacement or refund. See our Payment Policies page for more details.

What is your warranty of work?

For a period of two years from the date of invoice, we guarantee your complete satisfaction** with workmanship and materials of the appliance you purchased.

**Incidents where there is a failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper dental hygiene, abuse or accidents make this guarantee null and void.

CONDITIONS - Prosthesis must be inserted by a licensed practicing dentist or prosthodontist.  Patient must adhere to semi-annual cleanings and exams.

How do I send my case to the lab?

If your practice is within our service area, we offer FREE daily pickup and delivery. For out-of-town clients, we provide pre-paid mailing labels for your convenience.* Please allow 1-4 days depending on your location for arrival to the laboratory.
